Terms & Conditions for AC Installation Service

By availing of our AC Installation Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Scope & Limitations

The installation includes mounting the indoor & outdoor units, pipe & wiring connections, and system testing.
Our team will ensure proper alignment, secure fittings, and basic safety checks.
Gas refilling, electrical modifications, or civil work (e.g., drilling beyond standard requirements) are not included unless agreed upon separately.
Any additional materials (extra copper piping, wiring, brackets) beyond the standard setup will be charged separately.


2. Warranty & Liability

 We provide an [X months] workmanship warranty covering installation-related issues such as loose fittings or improper mounting.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by power fluctuations, physical damage, incorrect handling, or gas leaks unrelated to installation.
If a reinstallation is required due to the customer changing the AC’s location, additional charges will apply.
We are not responsible for AC performance issues caused by manufacturing defects or pre-existing faults in the unit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure the availability of a stable power supply before installation.
If additional electrical work is needed (e.g., new power socket, wiring extension, or MCB installation), it must be arranged separately.
The installation site must be accessible and clear of obstructions before our team arrives.
If the customer misses the scheduled installation without prior notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment must be made before or at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
No refunds will be provided once the installation is completed.

Refund Policy for AC Installation Service

We strive to provide a seamless and professional AC installation service. However, refunds will only be processed under specific conditions as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • If the customer cancels the service at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided.
  • If our team is unable to complete the installation due to technical reasons on our end, a partial or full refund may be processed.
  • If the installation was not performed as per the agreed terms, and the issue remains unresolved after a re-evaluation request, a refund may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The installation has been completed, and the customer is dissatisfied with the AC’s performance (since AC performance depends on manufacturer quality, room conditions, and other external factors).
  • The customer requested additional work beyond standard installation (e.g., extra drilling, piping, wiring), which was performed and charged accordingly.
  • The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information about the installation site, causing service delays or additional charges.
  • The AC fails due to manufacturing defects, pre-existing issues, or external factors (e.g., power surges, incorrect voltage supply, improper handling).
  • The customer misses the scheduled installation without prior notice, resulting in a no-show.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within [X days] of the service date.
  2. Our team will review the complaint and may schedule a re-evaluation visit if necessary.
  3. If the refund is approved, it will be processed within [X days] through the original payment method.

Exclusions from AC Installation

  • Gas refilling or refrigerant top-up (separate service if needed)
  • Major electrical work, such as new wiring, MCB installation, or socket modification
  • Wall cutting, civil work, or additional brackets (charged separately if required)
  • Reinstallation of old AC units (offered as a separate service)
